We built Hilda because hospitality phones lose money every service
Hilda AI is made by Dafinitiq. We spent years building custom AI voice agents for businesses across Canada, the US, Germany and Ireland, and kept building the same things over and over. Hilda is that work, productised.
Where this came from
Dafinitiq builds AI systems for businesses. A large part of that work turned out to be voice: answering inbound calls, taking bookings and orders, and handling the questions that arrive faster than anyone can pick up.
Every engagement started differently and ended in the same place. A business was losing real money to calls nobody answered, and the fix was always some version of the same system. After enough of them, building it once properly made more sense than building it again each time.
That is Hilda: the same voice agent work, packaged so a restaurant, a hotel or a group running five venues can have it answering in an afternoon rather than commissioning a project.
How we try to sell it
Say what it cannot do
Every page on this site that describes what Hilda handles also describes where it stops. A system that quietly guesses at a question it should have escalated is worse than one that says it does not know.
Only claim what we have shipped
Our integrations page lists what works today, not what is on the roadmap. If the thing you depend on is not there, we will tell you straight whether it is close.
Publish the price
Most of this category hides pricing behind a sales call. Ours is on the pricing section of the homepage, with the overage rate next to it.
